Every life is a unique journey. We can enrich our lives by sharing with each other, the experiences and knowledge gained during the course of this journey.

As a child I was fortunate to live in various cities of India and also travel across the country. This gave me an insight about its richness and diversity in terms of culture, language, history, traditions and last but not the least its cuisine. This is where the roots of my culinary journey started. As a student at Institute of Hotel Management and Catering, the foundation was laid for a Chef’s career ahead.

Having worked for the last thirty years in Five star hotel chains, Luxury cruise ships, Fine dining restaurants and Banquets I had the opportunity to travel around the world. Though there was one constant, the Chef’s Coat at work. As Head Chef in Birmingham I led two Indian fine dining restaurants to win the Best Curry Award in the West Midlands.

MOHALI is a tribute to all my friends, colleagues and family who supported me and placed confidence in me to achieve whatever I have. Hope we meet sometime in near future at MOHALI and share good fun times and laughs.
